We collect only the information needed to provide our horticulture services, operate our shop, respond to enquiries, and understand how our website is used.
Information we collect
When you contact us, register, order, comment, or book an agronomist, we may receive the details you submit, such as your name, phone number, email address, delivery information, and message.
For website analytics, our server records a random visitor identifier, session identifier, IP address, pages visited, visit times, referring website, campaign parameters, browser, operating system, and device type. We use the IP address with the ipapi geolocation service to obtain an approximate country, region, and city. We do not use this feature to determine a precise home address.
Cookies and sessions
- The goko_tracking_id cookie distinguishes returning browsers and expires after 180 days.
- A website session groups activity together; an analytics session is renewed after 30 minutes of inactivity.
- Cookies use Secure protection on HTTPS, HttpOnly where appropriate, and SameSite=Lax.
- Automated bots, administrator visits, prefetch requests, and browsers sending Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control are excluded from analytics.
How we use and protect information
We use collected information to complete requested services, support customers, protect the website, measure website performance, understand popular content, and improve marketing. Analytics access is restricted to authenticated administrators. We do not sell personal information.
